Lee Ruhan

Ruhan is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Ruhan had been involved with a wide range of transactions that the firm has acted on, including mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, fund raising exercises and general corporate matters. He has also gained experience in general litigation, insurance litigation, corporate secretarial, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
Ruhan also has work experience as an in-house counsel in the management consulting industry, where he managed the legal and contractual aspects of the company’s operations and was responsible for devising and drafting all types of contracts required by the company’s business.
Ruhan graduated from the University of Bristol in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Fion Toh

Fion Toh

Trainee Solicitor | Solicitor, NSW, Australia

Fion was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015. Prior to her return to Singapore, she practiced as a solicitor in Sydney predominantly in personal injury law, dispute resolution, litigation, family law and criminal law. She has represented numerous clients in matters of varying complexities including performing cross state jurisdictional work for clients. Pre-admission, Fion has also accumulated broad legal experience during her legal training by assisting with matters of a similar nature.

Upon her return to Singapore, Fion has accumulated work experience in anti money laundering and due diligence. In addition, she possesses start-up and business experience as well as marketing experience in the real estate industry.

Fion is currently undertaking the Part B Course of the Singapore Bar Examinations.

Fion graduated with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in Australia, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania and a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT University.

Fion is fluent in English and Mandarin. She has a basic proficiency in Japanese.

Eu Jia Min

Eu Jia Min

Trainee Solicitor

Jia Min holds a Bachelor in Laws from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. She returned to Singapore in 2017, and is presently doing her Relevant Legal Training with the firm.

Prior to her Law degree, Jia Min also completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) with a dual pathway in International Business from the University of Adelaide.

In her free time, Jia Min volunteers with St. John Brigade Singapore. As a volunteer officer of the Brigade, she handles finance on a Zone level, as well as plan and conduct training activities for students. Jia Min is also a National Resuscitation Council accredited, Basic Cardiac Life Support Instructor.

Jia Min is fluent in English and Mandarin.
